Here's how it works

90 days to decide
You have 90 days from the date your order is delivered to decide whether it's right for you. Take your time—no rush, no pressure.

Items must be returned in original condition
Returned items must be in the same condition you received them: unused, unworn, with all original tags attached, and in their original packaging.

Starting a return
To begin a return, simply contact us at contact@tryalvexa.com. We'll provide you with a prepaid return shipping label along with clear instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as we may be unable to process unauthorized returns.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale or clearance items.
  • Gift cards.
  • Products that have been used, worn, or are not in their original condition.

Exchanges

If you'd like a different size or product, the fastest option is to return your original item for a refund and place a new order.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without providing a justification.

Items must still be returned in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging included.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you by email whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
